Twin Cities Church of Christ - New Church

The Twin Cities Church of Christ is a new congregation, which began meeting in a temporary facility and began working with Synthesis Partners in 1999 to plan its new facilities. The congregation's needs were simple and straightforward. A single structure was designed on two acres incorporating a 200-seat sanctuary, fellowship hall, and classrooms.

Synthesis Partners serves the needs of our clients by providing the level of service each client is requiring to complete a successful project. In the case of the Twin Cities Church of Christ, we provided services through the bidding and award of construction contract with limited construction observation. The majority of the construction administration was provided to the client by the contractor.
